The Montclair neighborhood includes the Montclair Designated Historic District. Here’s a map of the Historic District:
Important: If you live within the Montclair Designated Historic District, there are restrictions on changes you can make to your property, and your design must must first receive approval from Denver’s Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC). For example, the LPC must approve:
- additions, including second stories and porches
- solar panels
- windows, roof, and sidewalk replacements
- demolishing and rebuilding
